The fastest route is the contact form on our website — drop in your dates, your activity, and we’ll confirm availability within a few hours. We also accept WhatsApp and email enquiries. Bookings are confirmed once a 50% advance is received.
Cancellations made at least 72 hours before your slot are refunded in full. Within 72 hours, we offer a one-time reschedule to any date in the next sixty days. Cancellations under 24 hours are non-refundable, but we’ll always try to accommodate genuine emergencies.
Yes — we have parking for up to four cars in the building, plus generous street parking on either side. The studio is also a short walk from the nearest metro station, and ride-share drop-offs at our doorstep are easy.
Wi-Fi, AC, basic refreshments and our wireless sound system come standard with every booking. Half-day and full-day slots include studio strobes, paper backdrops and the cyclorama wall. Specialised gear (extra mics, continuous lights, lenses, monitors) is available on request as add-ons.
Absolutely. The studio is fully crew-friendly, with freight access for bulky equipment, multiple power points throughout, and a small loading bay near the entrance. Just give us a heads-up about anything unusually large so we can clear a path.
Yes — we serve tea, coffee and water as part of every booking, and full meals can be arranged on request. We do ask that crews avoid heavy meals near the cyclorama and dance floor, just to keep them photo-ready and safe.
Our standard slots run from 7am to 11pm, every day of the week. We can accommodate early-morning shoots before 7am or overnight productions on request — these are charged at a small premium.
Yes — many of our yoga, dance and fitness instructors hold weekly or twice-weekly slots with us. Recurring bookings come with discounted rates and priority on time slots. Get in touch with how often you’d like to teach and we’ll work something out.
The building has lift access from the ground floor and the studio entrance is step-free. Our restrooms are not currently fully wheelchair-accessible — we’re working on this. Please let us know in advance if there are specific accessibility needs we can plan around.
We accept UPI, bank transfer and major credit cards. Every booking comes with a GST-compliant invoice. For corporate clients, we’re happy to issue invoices against a PO number with standard payment terms.
