A sprung wooden dance floor that protects knees through long sessions, full-length mirrors along one wall, a strong wireless sound system, and air-conditioning that can keep up with twenty bodies in motion. Choreographers, troupes and crews all use the space.

Permission-friendly building, freight access, ample power points, blackout drapes, and crew-friendly amenities — green room, makeup station, bottled water, hot meals on request. We’ve hosted everything from skincare commercials to music videos.
